Epithalon
Studied for sleep regulation and cellular ageing.
Epithalon is based on a substance produced by the pineal gland, the part of the brain that governs your sleep cycle. It is the most speculative thing we offer, and the longevity claims attached to it rest on a narrow body of work.

This peptide is not FDA-approved for the uses described. Compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality, and availability varies by state and by pharmacy. Everything below describes what this peptide is studied for. None of it is a claim of proven benefit.
How it works
Studied for cellular ageing
Laboratory work suggested it affects the mechanism that protects the ends of your chromosomes as cells divide. Every longevity claim made for it traces back to that finding.
Supports your sleep cycle
Because it comes from the gland that regulates sleep, it is studied for helping restore a normal sleep rhythm. This is what people most often report.
An important caution
The same mechanism behind the ageing claims is one that cancers also use to keep dividing. That is why any history of cancer rules this out completely.
What the evidence says
The longevity research comes almost entirely from one group in Russia over several decades and has never been independently confirmed. Treat any claim about living longer with real scepticism. It is not FDA-approved.
What to expect
- Days 1 to 10
Sleep quality is the most commonly reported change during a course.
- Days 10 to 20
Course finishes. These are short defined courses, not something you take continuously.
- Ongoing
Usually repeated once or twice a year rather than taken year-round.
Protocol
| Course | Daily injection for 10 to 20 days |
|---|---|
| Frequency | One or two courses a year |
| Review | Physician review before each course |
Short defined courses only. That is how it was studied, and continuous use has never been looked at.
Is it right for you?
Often a good fit
- Adults interested in longevity who understand the evidence is preliminary
- People whose main interest is sleep and getting their body clock back on track
Not a fit
- Anyone with any history of cancer, which is the specific concern here
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Anyone expecting proven life extension, because that evidence does not exist
